Nii Anum currently serves as the Service Lead for the Boys2Men Project at Spurgeons, where responsibilities include overseeing the program's development and expansion across various contexts, including Secure Schools, Prisons, and Councils. Nii Anum also holds positions as Head Pastor at Paniym City Church, focusing on leadership development and governance, and as a Community Organiser with Citizens UK, advocating for social justice in West London. As a Member of the Board of Trustees for both The Reach Foundation and Friends of Feltham, Nii Anum contributes to initiatives aimed at systemic change and support for young people in the criminal justice system. Prior experience includes founding ARC360 Ministry, serving as a Child and Youth Worker for the London Borough of Hounslow, and founding MAJORPLAY LTD, a documentary and film house. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Theology from Spurgeons College and a BA in Contemporary Media Practice from the University of Westminster.
