Barry McGinley has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Barry worked at SPX FLOW, Inc. as the Vice President Global Supply Chain, overseeing a team of over 300 people in 35 countries and managing a budget of over $1 billion. At Praxair, they held various positions including Vice President Hydrogen - Asia, Vice President Global Procurement & Materials Management, Director Global Supply Systems Europe, Director Low Cost Country Sourcing, and Project Manager - Global Supply Systems. Prior to that, they worked at ExxonMobil as a Project Manager, handling mechanical design and management of various projects. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong ability to develop suppliers, optimize supply chains, and achieve business objectives.

Barry McGinley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, which they completed from 1985 to 1989. Barry later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York, from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, Barry obtained a certification as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in the year 2000.
