Greg Moser

Vice President Business Process Excellence (8020, Lean Transformation, M&a) at SPX FLOW

Greg Moser has held a number of leadership roles throughout their career. Starting in 2009, they worked at Trane Technologies, where they served as the Global Goal Deployment Leader, responsible for implementing Hoshin Planning Goal Deployment process. Greg also led the Global Strategic Initiatives and Integration PMO, overseeing the merger of four global businesses. In 2013, Greg joined Ingersoll Rand as the Global Business Process Leader, where they focused on driving organizational efficiency and effectiveness. In 2015, they moved to Trane Technologies again, this time as the Enterprise Strategic Initiative Program Office Executive, responsible for shaping options and delivering inorganic solutions. Currently, Greg is the Vice President of Business Process Excellence at SPX FLOW, Inc., where they lead various initiatives, including strategic planning, lean transformation, and mergers and acquisitions.

Greg Moser has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. Greg also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
