Karolina Trojanowska

Karolina Trojanowska has extensive work experience in quality assurance and systems. Karolina is currently the Global Director of Quality Assurance and Systems at SPX FLOW, Inc. Since joining SPX Corporation in 2014, they have served as the Senior Quality Manager for SPX International. Prior to that, they worked as the Project Quality Manager for Jaguar & Landrover at International Automotive Components. Karolina also has experience as a Technical/Quality and Health and Safety Manager at Darby Glass Ltd, a Production Manager at Guardian Industries, and a Quality Manager at Bottleworks Ltd. Karolina began their career as an Area Event Manager at Carlsberg Group Poland. Throughout their career, Karolina has demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing quality standards, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Karolina Trojanowska earned a Master's degree in Total Quality Management from the University of Leicester in 2012. From 2009 to 2011, they also pursued an MBA in Business Management from the same university. In 2020, they obtained a High School Diploma in Executive Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Karolina also holds a Foundation Degree in Business Management from Metropolitan University, Leeds. Karolina has a Diploma in International Diploma Environmental Management from NEBOSH, specializing in Environmental Management and Sustainability. Additionally, they completed a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Szczecin.
