Marlys Beatty has over 25 years of experience in employee benefits, currently serving as the Director of Global Benefits at SPX FLOW, Inc. since December 2015, where responsibilities expanded from Sr. Manager to Director. Prior experience includes holding positions as Director and Manager of Employee Benefits at Babcock & Wilcox from October 2008 to November 2015, and as Manager of Benefits Analysis & Compliance at Wendy's International from 1997 to 2008. Marlys Beatty earned a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University between 1978 and 1982.
