Rhona Houser

Rhona Houser is an experienced professional in human capital management and SAP financial applications, currently serving as Sr Manager, Human Capital Management at SPX FLOW, Inc. since August 2015. In this role, Rhona leads multiple functional departments in aligning human capital management applications and oversees system concepts and best practices. Previously, Rhona held the position of SAP Global FICO Lead at SPX FLOW, where responsibilities included developing and supporting the SAP FI/CO business application system.
