Thomas LEROY has extensive experience in the food processing industry, currently serving as the Global Innovation Centers Leader at SPX FLOW, Inc. since March 2010. In this role, Thomas manages an international team focused on testing innovative technologies and has held various positions including Global Solution Architect for plant-based applications, Global Process Category Manager for Fresh Products in Dairy and Plant-based sectors, and Head of Engineering deputy. Prior to joining SPX FLOW, Thomas worked at Novandie - Groupe Andros as a Senior Process Lead Engineer and Process Engineer, where responsibilities included the management and optimization of industrial installations for Fresh Dairy products. Thomas holds a Master 2 Professional in Marketing & Business Practices from IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School and a Postgraduate Degree in Dairy Industry from ENSAIA.
