Caroline Prescott has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at SPX Technologies since June 2011, where responsibilities have evolved to include M&A, Governance, and Communications Technologies. Prior roles at SPX Technologies include Senior Business Counsel and Corporate Staff Attorney. Caroline's career began at Kennedy Covington Lobdell & Hickman and K&L Gates, where roles included Associate. Academic qualifications include a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law, an MBA from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, and an undergraduate degree from Clemson University, complemented by studies at Temple University in Japan.
