Chad Wiener

Chad Wiener is the VP, Assistant General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Tenet Healthcare. Chad has over 9 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on SEC reporting and compliance. Prior to joining Tenet Healthcare, Chad worked as the Lead Counsel, SEC Reporting & Compliance at Caterpillar Inc. for over 6 years. In this role, they were responsible for Caterpillar's compliance with U.S. and international securities laws. Chad also prepared and reviewed all corporate communications and SEC filings, including shelf registration statements on Form S-3, registration statements for employee benefit plans on Form S-8, Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K, and proxy statements. Chad has also actively participated in meetings of Caterpillar's Disclosure Compliance Committee and developed and maintained policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable NYSE listing standards.

Chad Wiener attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison for their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA, where they studied finance, investment, and banking. Chad then attended Marquette University Law School for their Juris Doctor, graduating cum laude. Finally, they attended Georgetown University Law Center for their Master of Laws (LL.M.) in securities and financial regulation.
