Emily Baney (Hadley), SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager for Special Projects and Initiatives at SPX Technologies since August 2023. Prior to this role, Emily was the Human Resources Manager at Patterson-Kelley, overseeing HR and Environmental, Health, and Safety operations for a unionized commercial manufacturer. Emily has also held various HR positions at NPC, Inc. and JLG Industries, where responsibilities included managing employee relations and supporting thousands of employees across multiple locations. A graduate of Saint Francis University with a Master’s in Human Resource Management and Shippensburg University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Emily has demonstrated a commitment to employee morale initiatives and compliance throughout their career, supported by diverse experiences, including internships and consultancy work.
