Meenal Sethna

Meenal Sethna is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across prominent companies. Currently serving as an Independent Board Member and Audit Committee Chairperson at SPX Technologies, Meenal also holds the position of Executive Vice President and CFO at Littelfuse. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Finance at Littelfuse, Vice President and Corporate Controller at Illinois Tool Works, and multiple positions at Motorola, including VP of Finance and Director of Finance for Mergers and Acquisitions. Meenal began their career at Baxter as Director of Finance. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Marketing, Management, and International Business from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, and a BS in Finance from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
