Sean McClenaghan joined SPX and was named the President of the Global Cooling group in 2022, including the Cooling HVAC businesses in the Americas, EMEA and APAC, Process Cooling, Refrigeration and Engineered Air Quality groups. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Reliance Worldwide Corporation for the Americas business for 8 years. Before joining RWC in 2014, Sean spent over fifteen years in various strategic consulting and business development roles with McKinsey & Company, CHB Capital Partners, and Egon Zehnder. He began his career with DuPont holding positions ranging from Process Control Design Engineer to Plant Manager to Global Business Manager. He received an MBA from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from The Georgia Institute of Technology. Sean is a member of the Board of Directors for Sto Corp.
