Blake Wendel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2008, they worked as an In-Game Support Representative at Blizzard Entertainment, where they provided technical support and troubleshooting. Blake then joined InReach as a Customer Support Representative before moving on to various roles within the company, including Client Success Manager and Manager of Client Success. In 2015, Blake joined Experian Consumer Services as an Incident Response Manager before transitioning to Procore Technologies as a Customer Success Manager for the Mid-Market segment. Blake later returned to Experian Consumer Services as a Client Success Manager, where they focused on breach response services for enterprise clients. Their most recent role was at DISCO, where they served as a Client Success Manager. Currently, Blake is working as a Senior Customer Success Manager at SpyCloud, and they were recently promoted to the role of Customer Success Director. Throughout their career, Blake has demonstrated strong customer management skills, revenue generation, and a focus on maintaining long-term relationships with clients.

Blake Wendel attended Dripping Springs High School from 1998 to 2002. After completing high school, Blake went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Biology at The University of Texas at Austin, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. They did not specify obtaining a specific degree during this time. In terms of additional certifications, Blake obtained a Procore Certified: Associate certification from Procore Technologies in September 2017. Later, in November 2019, they earned a Mastership in Customer Success from Winning by Design.
