Herman Haggerty

Herman Haggerty has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and DevOps. Herman is currently working at SpyCloud since 2020, where they started as a DevOps Engineer and progressed to the role of Senior DevOps Engineer. In August 2022, they assumed the position of DevOps Manager.

Before that, Herman founded HemRan Technologies in 2012, where they offered freelance IT managed services and web design. Herman performed a variety of tasks, including virus removal, data recovery, component replacement, and repairs. Herman also worked with small businesses to enhance their network security through LAN/WLAN setup, anti-malware protection, and operating system configurations.

Prior to their freelance venture, Herman worked as a Support Engineer at Amazon from April 2017 to March 2020.

Herman's career started in 2014 at GHG Corporation, where they served as a Jr System Administrator. In this role, they assisted the Senior Administrator in maintaining and repairing network systems, provided technical support to employees, and optimized computer usage. Herman created technical documentation for IT system usage guidelines and policies.

Overall, Herman Haggerty has acquired substantial experience in IT support, system administration, DevOps, and network security.

Herman Haggerty obtained their IT Security AAS degree in IT Security from San Jacinto College from 2010 to 2014.
