Manny Robinson

Manny Robinson serves as the Customer Success Director at SpyCloud since March 2025, focusing on driving customer satisfaction and loyalty through strong relationships with key customers. Previously, Manny held various management roles including EPMO Portfolio Manager at Netspend, Assistant Vice President of Operations at BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina, and VP of IT Operations at Seibels, where significant implementation and operational leadership were demonstrated. Manny's extensive experience includes over 15 years in roles with TSYS and NetSpend Holdings Corporation, as well as a dedicated career in the US Air Force, culminating as USAF Academy Admissions Liaison Officer. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Leadership from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master's degree in Sports Administration/Management from the University of Northern Colorado.
