Sara Silva

Sara Silva, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of HR at SpyCloud, a position held since December 2023. Previously, Sara held various HR roles, including Head of People at Profound Commerce, where significant people policies and initiatives were implemented. Other notable positions include HR Manager at project44, where Sara facilitated a major merger, and HR Manager at Convey, leading large-scale HR initiatives and managing employee relations during the pandemic. Early career experience includes roles at Portfolium, Inc., CBANC Network, W6 Group, and Vast.com, where Sara developed recruitment processes, managed HR functions, and built collaborative cultures.
