John Francis

John Francis has over three decades of experience in business development across various sectors, specializing in Microsoft services and technology. Currently serving as Director of Business Development for Microsoft Technology Group at Spyglass MTG, LLC since July 2013, John leads efforts to maintain high levels of client satisfaction, achieving an 80% repeat business rate at Lighthouse Computer Services. John’s previous roles include significant positions at OpenText, Burntsand, Primix, and Whittman Hart, where responsibilities ranged from managing sales teams to driving substantial service revenues. John began a career at IBM as a Marketing Representative and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Harvard University.
