Nikki Guthrie

Nikki joined SpyGlass in the Spring of 2015 initially as a member of its Business Development team and then progressed into outside sales and ultimately into talent management. In Nikki’s current role, she is responsible for managing all of SpyGlass’ recruiting, human resources and employee well-being activities. This includes day-to-day management of the company’s Sales Career Acceleration Program, the identification of new sales and operational talent needed to support growth and all onboarding and human resources programs for the company.

Nikki graduated from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Marketing in 2015.
