Han Stoffels has a strong background in technology and business, with a focus on entrepreneurship. Han began their career as an International Market Development Manager at Oce Technologies bv in 1998. Han then went on to hold various leadership positions at Wacom, including President & CEO of Wacom Europe GmbH and Executive Officer at Wacom. In 2002, they became the Managing Director of Wacom Components Ltd. In 2016, they co-founded Brightmaven BV, where they served as Co-founder & CEO until 2020. In addition, they co-founded Spyhce, a competence centre on Python Software Development and big data, and Jobliebe in 2013 and 2020 respectively. Han Stoffels currently serves as the Founder and CEO of 8vance, a role they have held since 2012.
Han Stoffels received a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering from HTS. Han then studied Electrical Engineering (telecommunication) at Technische Hogeschool Enschede. Han later pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Twente and TSM Business School.
