David Giles

David Giles, Ph.D. currently holds the position of Senior Director, Corporate Strategy at Spyre Therapeutics. He previously worked at L.E.K. Consulting in various roles, starting as a Life Science Specialist and eventually moving up to Engagement Manager. Prior to his consulting roles, David was a Research Fellow at The University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy. He also gained research experience at UT Southwestern Medical Center and UTHSCSA. David earned his PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from The University of Texas at Austin, following his Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from the University of Houston.
