Richard Madgwick

Richard is an Executive Director, and leads the Strategy & Corporate Development team.

He specialises in placing Corporate Finance and Strategy professionals into industry, and has helped a range of businesses hire, from large multi-nationals through to high-growth PE-backed businesses and entrepreneurial start-ups.

Richard was an Associate Director within the Investment Banking Division at The Cornell Partnership having joined in 2009. He previously worked for two global recruitment businesses and has been covering the Corporate Finance market since 2005.

He graduated from the University of Portsmouth with a 2.1 in Business Studies.
