Joanna Świtoniak is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Lead Recruitment Specialist at Spyrosoft since September 2022, Joanna has a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment processes, employer branding, and employee engagement. Prior to Spyrosoft, Joanna held positions as a Senior HR Specialist at Knowit, Technical Recruiter at Vistex, and Senior Recruitment Specialist at intive, among others. Joanna's educational background includes postgraduate studies in Employer Branding Management from Kozminski University and dual Master's degrees in International Relations and Human Resources Management from the University of Lodz.
