Ilyssa Kanan

Ilyssa Kanan has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2010 as a Sales Professional at Cintas Document Management USA, where they exceeded sales projections and established key target accounts. From 2012 to 2019, they worked at American Express Global Corporate Payments, advancing to the position of Manager of Business Development. Here, they provided card programs and expense management tools to mid-size and large corporations worldwide, delivering increased visibility, control, efficiency, and cost savings. In 2019, they briefly served as the VP of Sales at Chargebacks911, overseeing sales and partnership efforts. Currently, since August 2020, Ilyssa is working as a Growth Manager at Hapn, where they serve as the point of contact for all B2B concerns and supports companies in taking control of their assets through advanced tracking hardware and software solutions.

Ilyssa Kanan attended Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business from 2005 to 2009. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Sales and Business Marketing with a focus in Spanish. Later in 2007, they also attended Universidad de Burgos, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature.
