SPZ Legal

Welcome to SPZ Legal. We are a remote law firm with presence in major US startup hubs that provides legal and strategic consulting to entrepreneurs. We take the time to get to know the entrepreneurs we serve, their ideas, and what they hope to accomplish. We understand that every idea is different, so we do not sell cookie cutter forms and strategies. We make a personal investment in the creators we work with and advise them with the principal aim of maximizing the true potential of their ideas. While we look forward to serving entrepreneurs of all kinds, we have a particular focus on those with a social mission. We assist in navigating financial, regulatory, and strategic challenges faced by entrepreneurs. Our understanding of what entrepreneurship means is critical to what we do. To us, it is more than just being a risk taker. It is about creativity, leadership, solving problems, and having an impact on a community. Whether you consider yourself a small entrepreneur or a big dreamer, we know that the challenges to success are aplenty and that you have to constantly react and adjust to external factors. As we serve you, we promise to uphold these values: Communication. First and foremost, we promise to be prompt, honest, and transparent in our communications with you. You will hear from us regularly, and we will never hide the ball. We will make our best efforts to be available when you need to chat, whether it’s about a late-night epiphany or a problem. Quality. We understand how important your venture is to you, and how important it is to get everything right. For that reason, quality is of the utmost importance to us. Efficiency. As entrepreneurs ourselves, we understand the budgetary challenges you face at the early stages of your venture. While we will never sacrifice the quality of the work, we will make every effort to minimize your legal costs so more of your funds go to recruiting talent and developing your idea.
