Rickard Modig

Rickard Modig has worked as a Data Engineer at SQL Service AB since February 2023. In this role, they develop modular and re-usable Analytics platforms while delivering value ahead of schedule and under budget.

Before joining SQL Service AB, Rickard worked at MAX Burgers as a Data Engineer. From November 2022 to February 2023, they completed a graduation project where they extracted and modeled marketing data across various media channels for visualizations and machine learning. From January 2022 to November 2022, Rickard worked on a lean and cutting-edge stack, gaining solid fundamentals in technologies such as Docker, Prefect, Linux, Python, and SQL. Rickard also collaborated on the development of an integration engine built from scratch in C#.

Rickard Modig has a strong educational background in the fields of Engineering Physics/Applied Physics and Software Development. In 2010, they attended KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where they pursued studies in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics. However, no specific degree was mentioned for this period. In 2011, their education at KTH Royal Institute of Technology concluded.

Later, in 2021, Rickard Modig enrolled at Nackademin, where they are currently pursuing a degree in Software Developer .NET. This program is expected to span from 2021 to 2023.

Additionally, in April 2023, Rickard Modig obtained the certification of "Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate" from Microsoft.
