Marie Henlé

Marie Henlé currently serves as the Group Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Director at SQLI, a role held since July 2025, where the focus is on creating digital experiences that enhance business performance. Prior to this, Marie was a Talent Manager and HRBP for UKI at Odigo from February 2021 to July 2025, contributing to one of Europe's leading SaaS companies in the customer experience market. From April 2020 to February 2021, Marie worked as a Senior Recruiter on the EMEA team at Gilead Sciences, a biopharmaceutical company dedicated to innovative medicines for unmet medical needs. Marie’s experience also includes serving as the Head of Recruitment at GSA Healthcare from December 2011 to January 2020, overseeing a team of recruiters and specializing in various sectors within life sciences. Earlier career roles include working as a Recruitment Consultant at Profil Partenaire from January 2007 to November 2011. Marie holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from OMNES Education, obtained between 2004 and 2006.
