Eyal Weisblat

Director of R&D Operations at SQream

Eyal Weisblat has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Eyal started their career at Mediagate in 1998 as a Team Lead, where they managed a team of c++ developers and MSSQL DBA's. During their time there, they focused on developing multi-task and real-time implementations, as well as functional analysis and implementation for large multi-user data structures. Eyal worked at Mediagate until 2003.

In 2004, Eyal joined Risco Group as a Team Leader in the R&D department. Eyal'sresponsibilities included designing and implementing a multi-language user software for managing security systems. Eyal also provided technical support to the marketing and pre-sales teams, worked on proof of concept projects, and analyzed and designed communication protocols for distributed systems. Eyal stayed with Risco Group until 2011.

In 2012, Eyal joined Netformx as a Senior Software Development Engineer. Eyal was part of the Discovery Group and worked on TELNET/SNMP protocols to detect network devices in existing networks. Eyal'stenure at Netformx lasted until 2013.

Since 2014, Eyal has been associated with SQream, an R&D company. Eyal started as a Scrum Master, leading a team of C++ developers and implementing working procedures, standards, and company code. Eyal also played a role in technical solution partnering. In 2020, they were promoted to R&D Group Manager and then to R&D Operations Manager in 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director of R&D Operations, a role they took on in January 2022.
