Alona Rudenko

Alona Rudenko is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and reporting. Currently serving as the Head of Finance at SQUAD since January 2021, Alona leads financial teams, maintains group financial reporting, and ensures regulatory and tax compliance in Ukraine. Prior to SQUAD, Alona held the same position at Ring Ukraine, focusing on financial reporting, internal control systems, and efficiency improvement recommendations. Alona's background also includes roles as Head of Back Office in the Finance Department at Ring Ukraine, Internal Controls Specialist at Sandoz, and Consultant at Deloitte Ukraine, where skills in accounting, internal controls, and tax compliance were further developed. Alona holds a Magister degree in Accounting and Auditing from the Ukrainian State University of Finance and International Trade.
