Mykola Podolianiuk is a seasoned software quality assurance professional with extensive experience in leading QA teams and conducting various test activities across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Software QA Team Lead at SQUAD, Mykola manages local teams and collaborates with global stakeholders. Previously, Mykola held roles such as Senior Test Engineer at VAST Data and Test Technical Leader at Delphi Software, focusing on file protocol testing, QA processes, and CI/CD activities. With a strong background in system engineering, automation, and technical leadership, Mykola has contributed to significant improvements in testing efficiencies and product integration across different products. Mykola holds a Master's degree in Informational Security from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.'
