Oleg Uzenkov

Oleg Uzenkov is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in embedded systems and product development. Currently serving as the Director of Embedded Engineering at SQUAD since July 2018, Oleg oversees a large team of Software, Hardware, and Image Quality Engineers, spearheading the delivery of multi-million dollar Consumer Electronic Products. Previous roles include Head of Embedded Systems Engineering at Cogniance, where Oleg established an IoT product development business, and Lead Digital Design Engineer at Samsung Electronics R&D, focusing on embedded software and FPGA design. Oleg's entrepreneurial spirit was demonstrated as the CEO and Founder of Unicore Systems, while earlier positions included key engineering roles at Melexis, the University of Kent, CFA-Solutions, and BioZone Ltd. Oleg holds an MSc and BSc in Electronic and Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Kent, along with a BSc in Economics from Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics.
