Erica Thalmann, MBA

Erica Thalmann, MBA has held a variety of roles in the apparel industry since 2017. Erica began their career at J.Crew as a Sales Associate and Assistant Manager from 2017-2019. In 2018, they were a Design Intern at Corvias and a Marketing Intern at Rhode Island Textile Innovation Network (RITIN). In 2017, they were an Intern at CollegeFashionista. From 2019-2021, they held roles at lululemon as an Educator, Key Leader, and Educator. Currently, they are a Merchandise Manager, Assortment Planner, and Merchandising Coordinator at SquadLocker.

Erica Thalmann earned their Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Rhode Island in Textiles, Merchandising, and Design in 2020. Erica then pursued their Master of Business Administration degree from the same university, which they completed in 2021.
