Tjibbe van der Zeeuw has a strong background in the technology and consulting industries. Tjibbe is currently a Founding Partner of Squadra Group, a company that supports customers in executing their Digital Transformation programs and implementing eCommerce and Omnichannel strategies. Tjibbe is also the Owner of Squadra Matching & Search, a practice within Squadra that focuses on knowledge exchange and experience in specific domains.

Prior to their current roles, Tjibbe was a Managing Partner at Linqhu, a position they held for eight years. Before that, they were a Managing Partner at Qhuba, a network of result driven professionals that helped clients implement their strategies in various fields. At Qhuba, Tjibbe contributed to the sustainable success of client organizations by activating empowered people with proven knowledge in the areas of Strategy, Technology, HR, and Finance.

Earlier in their career, Tjibbe worked as a Teamlead ICT recruitment at Ebbinge & Company and as a Manager/Consultant at Deloitte's Human Capital Group. Tjibbe started their career at PinkRoccade, where they served as a Product Manager in Information Security.

Throughout their career, Tjibbe has accumulated extensive expertise in Digital Transformation, Master Data Management, Data Science & Business Intelligence, eCommerce, Executive Search, and Information Security.

Tjibbe van der Zeeuw attended Radboud University from 1989 to 1995. During this time, they pursued a degree in School of Management, earning the title of "drs.". Additionally, Tjibbe also studied Bestuurs en Organisatie wtd at Radboud University, where they obtained a DRS degree.
