Diana Boza

Diana Boza has extensive experience in software licensing, with their most recent role being the Head of Software Licensing Group at SQUALIO (DPA group) since 2016. In this position, they utilized their expertise to provide timely and accurate answers to licensing-related inquiries from customers, partners, and the sales team. Diana also conducted licensing training and maintained a knowledge base of licensing software. Prior to this, Diana worked at Microsoft as a Licensing Sales Specialist/Sales Excellence from 2005 to 2016. In that role, they collaborated with accounting teams and developed licensing offers to increase the company's revenue. Additionally, they have experience in sales support at Avon Cosmetics and served as a personal bank advisor at Nordea Bank. In 2021, Diana returned to SQUALIO as the Head of Software Licensing Group at Noventiq.

Diana Boza's education history includes a Master's degree in Marketing & Business Administration from Latvijas Universitate, which they obtained from 1997 to 2001. Prior to that, they completed their high school education and received a diploma from Riga French Lyceum between 1986 and 1998.

In addition to their formal education, Diana has acquired several certifications. Diana obtained the "Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals" certification from Microsoft in April 2023. Diana also obtained the "Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals" certification from Microsoft in March 2023. Other certifications include "Microsoft Sales Challenger" from Microsoft in March 2020 and "Disney's approach to quality service" from Disney Institute in October 2019. In August 2018, Diana passed the "Exam 70-705 Designing and Providing Microsoft Licensing Solutions to Large Organizations" conducted by Microsoft.
