Miks Deksnis

Miks Deksnis has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 with a role as Assistant Manager/Senior Consultant at "BTP" SIA. In 2012, they became the Manager at Art Space "Maize" and then moved on to work as an Insurance Specialist at AgroBroker SIA from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Squalio and held various positions, including Key Account Manager, Senior Key Account Executive, and finally, Head of Sales Department in July 2020. Currently, they are also a Board Member at Squalio Estonia starting from October 2021.

Miks Deksnis obtained their secondary education from Iļģuciema Secondary School from 1996 to 2008. Miks then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Culture Management from the Culture College of Latvia / The Latvian Academy of Culture between 2008 and 2011. Following that, they enrolled in Ekonomikas un kultūras augstskola / EKA University of Applied Sciences and completed their Bachelor's degree in Business and Culture Management from 2011 to 2013.
