Kevin Mcglinch

As CFO, Kevin oversees the company’s financial well-being and works with the Board and executive team to lead its acquisition and growth strategy. Kevin joined SQUAN in 2021 and brings an extensive 25+ year track record of progressive capital markets, financial and operational experience as a business leader who partners intimately with all facets of the business to drive both tactical and strategic initiatives.

Kevin has vast industry experience in Energy, Consumer Products, Aerospace and High-Tech markets, as well as Privately Held, Private Equity and Public companies, both in the national and international space. Kevin’s background enables him to continually streamline processes, solve complex business problems and deliver financial and operational commitments leading to growth, process improvement, value creation, team development, financial restructuring and successful sales processes.

Kevin holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina, a Juris Doctorate from Capital University, a BS-Finance from Miami University and is a Certified Public Accountant through the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
