Fausto Taveras has had a diverse work experience. Fausto began their career at West Marine, where they worked as a Sales Associate from May 2012 to April 2017. In this role, they focused on customer service, building relationships, and resolving issues effectively.

Following that, they worked at Formula One Motorsports as a Multimedia Manager from May 2016 to April 2017. During this time, they researched marketing trends, developed surveys for target audience analysis, and provided support through photography and video editing for promotional purposes.

In 2017, Fausto joined Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. where they held two positions. From May 2017 to August 2019, they worked as a Named Account Executive, responsible for developing and implementing software overhaul plans for enterprise clients. Fausto coordinated with clients to define project scopes, schedules, and milestones, and ensured successful project delivery within budget.

From August 2019 to March 2023, Fausto worked as a Sr. Intelligent Information Management Software Engineer at Konica Minolta. Fausto contributed to the success of the department by delivering projects on time, under budget, and in alignment with the company's digital transformation strategies. Fausto also enhanced end-user satisfaction through testing, programming, and proactive issue resolution, and managed customer engagements throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

In 2019, Fausto briefly worked as a Tutor at Huntington Learning Center from February 2019 to April 2020.

Most recently, Fausto joined Square 9 Softworks in May 2023 as a Project Implementation Specialist III, where they are currently employed.

Fausto Taveras attended Bay Shore High School from 2011 to 2015, where they completed their high school education. Fausto then enrolled at Farmingdale State College from 2015 to 2018. During their time at Farmingdale State College, Fausto pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and achieved remarkable academic success, earning a place on the Dean's List eight times.
