Software Support Engineer at Square 9 Softworks

Matthew Sebben has worked in the IT industry since 2011. Matthew'sfirst role was as a Training Specialist at Community Enterprises Inc., where they were responsible for tracking trainee productivity and accuracy numbers. In 2016, they moved to Preeminent Solutions as a Project Manager, where they coordinated employees to catalog computers, monitors, printers, and other associated components, as well as installing software and creating local user profiles. In 2018, they took on two roles: Software Support Engineer at Square 9 Softworks, where they provided technical support for document and content management solutions, and IT Helpdesk Technician at LAZ Parking, where their largest accomplishment was installing Spiceworks and running domain network scans.

Matthew Sebben completed an Associate's degree in Computer Networking and Cyber Security from Capital Community College in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained two Bachelor's degrees from the University of Connecticut in 2009, one in Sociology and one in Psychology.
