Samuel Young

Samuel Young has been employed by Square 9 Softworks since 2017. During their 2017 internship, they managed leads in the salesforce.com database and managed the inventory for marketing related schwag. In 2018, they continued to manage leads in salesforce while conducting research on social media trends and creating a post-webinar satisfaction survey for end-users and resellers. Samuel also earned an inbound marketing certification from Hubspot and began editing and adding keywords to WordPress blogs. During their 2019 internship, they maintained the salesforce.com database, managed the marketing schwag inventory, and edited blogs. Samuel also wrote several blogs, learning the entire blog writing process from research and conceptualization to publishing and search engine optimization. In 2020, they took on the responsibility of writing bi-weekly content for the company's marketing blog, wrote several stat sheets and a case study highlighting the successful customer story of Commers Water, and is currently writing fresh copy for the Education Industry Spotlight page of Square 9's website. Additionally, in 2020 they worked as a Farm Hand for Vaszauskas Farm and as a Marketing Communications Intern for Mount Saint Mary College.

Samuel Young attended Mount Saint Mary College from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Marketing.
