Daishiro Okada

Daishiro Okada is an experienced executive with a diverse background in finance and management. As CEO of Happy Life Design Laboratory since January 2019 and General Manager at Square Enix Co., Ltd since September 2007, Daishiro has demonstrated leadership in both creative and corporate sectors. Prior experience includes serving as President and COO at Square Enix, Inc. from August 2005 to March 2007, and Director at Deutsche Bank, Japan, where responsibilities included head of taxes and international tax management from July 1999 to October 2003. Additionally, Daishiro was Vice President at The Industrial Bank of Japan (Mizuho Corporate Bank) from April 1979 to July 1999, overseeing international taxes and accounting. Daishiro holds a BA in Economics from Rikkyo University, obtained between 1975 and 1979.
