Yuwa Matsui

Yuwa Matsui is a seasoned character artist and digital artist with extensive experience in the gaming and animation industries. Currently serving as a Character Supervisor at Square Enix since April 2019, Yuwa has previously worked as a freelance character artist from July 2017 to May 2021. Prior roles include Modeling Supervisor at ModelingCafe Inc. from April 2014 to July 2017, with notable contributions to projects like "KINGSGLAIVE FINAL FANTASY XV" and "NHK Seirei no Moribito." Yuwa's earlier experience includes positions as a Freelance Designer at OMNIBUS JAPAN INC. and a 3D Modeler at Digital Frontier Inc., where significant work was done on "Resident Evil: Damnation" and the "GANTZ" films. Yuwa holds an educational background from Osaka Kyoiku University.
