We work closely with Registered Dietitians and Fitness Trainers by providing meals to their clients according to their expert specifications.

Our team of Chefs and Registered Dietitians make fresh meals that are individually-tailored to our client nutritional needs. Our menu changes weekly and features ingredients from top food purveyors. 

Easy to Use
Meals are delivered fresh. Simply reheat for 2 minutes in the microwave and it is ready to eat! When you’re done, toss the box and lid in the compost bin. That’s it! 

Our Founder
Claire Goldwitz is ex-Goldman Sachs Investment Banking, ex-Last.fm (sold to CBS) and ex-HarperCollins. She started Square Fare because she saw a need for a wellness service that would care for people when they don't have the time.
