Damian Salamończyk

Damian Salamończyk is a seasoned sales and business development professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Sales Director at Square One Resources Poland since June 2025, Damian previously held the position of Business Unit Director in the Life Science industry at Astek from December 2023 to May 2025, where guidance was provided to a team of eight business managers to achieve key performance indicators. Earlier, as Senior Business Unit Manager at ALTEN Polska, Damian demonstrated effective mentoring to drive business growth in the IT/engineering sector. With previous experience as a Business Development Manager at Fujitsu and in key account management at T-Mobile Poland, Damian possesses a strong background in business development and strategic negotiation. Damian holds postgraduate degrees in Digital Transformation from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and in Business Studies in English from Kozminski University.
