Lucy started her career in London and has spent over 10 years leading talent teams at Citi, Bank of America, and most recently at Macquarie Group in Sydney. Lucy is passionate about talent and joined the Square Peg team to create a best-in-class offering for the Portfolio companies, to help them build and scale.
