Lucy Tan

Lucy Tan has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lucy currently works as a Principal at Square Peg. Prior to that, they held positions at Bain & Company, where they served as a Senior Manager and a Manager. Lucy also had an externship at Go1, where they worked as a Global Partner Enablement Consultant, focusing on distribution partnerships strategy and creating processes and tools for partner account managers. Earlier in their career, Lucy worked at King & Wood Mallesons as a Solicitor and Law Clerk. Lucy also had a summer internship at UBS.

Lucy Tan completed their Bachelor of Commerce (with Distinction)/Bachelor of Laws (Hons) at UNSW from 2009 to 2013, concentrating on finance. In 2013, they participated in a Law Exchange Program at Uppsala University. Lucy earned their Higher School Certificate from Sydney Girls High School, where they attended from 2003 to 2008. Additionally, in January 2018, they acquired the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
