Abdur Rahman

Abdur Rahman (Sajib) has a strong background in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as an Executive in Learning & Organizational Development at Square Pharmaceuticals PLC since June 2019. In this role, Abdur Rahman administers a Talent Identification Program to recognize key talents across various functions. Prior to this, Abdur Rahman worked as an Officer in Human Resources at Apex Footwear Limited, where responsibilities included conducting recruitment and collaborating with headhunting agencies and universities. Earlier experience includes an internship at ACI Formulations Limited focused on market development. Abdur Rahman holds an MBA in Strategic and International Management and a BBA in Management from the University of Dhaka, alongside an HSC in Business Studies from Cox's Bazar Govt. College.
