Nurul Islam possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Manager at Square Pharmaceuticals PLC since June 2011, where responsibilities include end-to-end talent acquisition for local and international roles. Previously held positions at Square Pharmaceuticals include Senior Executive and Executive in Human Resources, focusing on learning process redesign, talent management, and performance management systems. Prior to Square Pharmaceuticals, Nurul worked as an Executive at Huawei Technologies. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Dhaka and various management training programs in India and Japan.
