Anastasia Tafelsky

Anastasia Tafelsky currently serves as the Assistant Farm Manager at Square Roots, overseeing daily farm operations and assisting with plant health monitoring and food safety protocols since December 2020. Previous roles include Senior Associate Grower, Associate Grower, and Apprentice Grower, demonstrating a solid foundation in agricultural practices. Anastasia also gained experience as a Sustainability Intern at John Ball Zoo, where contributions led to SITES Gold Certification for an animal exhibit and the development of a sustainable purchasing policy. Early career experience includes serving as Building Manager at Aquinas College and Customer Service Representative at The Candle Factory & Home Elements, where efficiency and revenue improvement initiatives were implemented. Anastasia holds a Bachelor's degree in Sustainable Business from Aquinas College and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Northwestern Michigan College.
