Currently serving as VP of Operations at Squared.io since January 2018, Kirsten develops and leads operational strategies, fosters executive relationships with key customers, and enhances the Customer Success function. Previous roles include Client Partner at iProspect, Business Director at mSIX, and Managing Partner & Head of Digital Media at VCCP Media. Kirsten's earlier career includes positions as Client Director, Operations and PPC Marketing Manager at Crystal Guides, Circulation Marketing Manager at CMP Information, and Marketing Manager at IIR Publications. Kirsten holds a BA (Hons) in History and English from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, obtained between 1995 and 1998.
