Jules Fadié

Jules Fadié is an experienced professional in the recruitment and HRTech sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Founder of Squarehub since March 2022, Jules focuses on making recruitment accessible for engineers and architects in the BeLux region. As a Partner at Sander since May 2020, responsibilities include co-leading the financial recruitment division, mentoring consultants, and contributing to group strategy at the executive level. Previous experience includes serving as a Reserve NCO in the Belgian Defence from October 2018 to October 2023, a Senior Recruitment Consultant at The Ambitious Group from May 2018 to May 2020, and a Sales Consultant at Aspria in 2017-2018. Jules holds a bilingual French-Dutch Bachelor’s degree in Political Sciences from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, earned between 2013 and 2016.
