Scott Highhouse

Scott Highhouse is the current Chief Science Officer at SquarePeg Hires. Scott has worked in the field of personnel assessment and decision-making for over 25 years. Prior to joining SquarePeg Hires, they were an assistant professor at Bowling Green State University and IUPUI. Highhouse's research interests include the assessment of individual and group performance, decision-making processes, and the development and validation of psychological measures.

Dr. Scott Highhouse attended the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, where they earned their Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Scott also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from The University of Akron. Dr. Highhouse began their college career at Cuyahoga Community College.
